Karl is an experienced senior professional with over thirty years’ ICT industry experience, both at a global and local level. His experience includes combining team/function management and strong business operations, business development and service delivery management, and a personal consulting and education specialisation in service management-based strategies, design and delivery.
Karl is a proven IT leader with a track record in strategy execution and business development. He has consulted extensively advising organisations on Business and ICT strategy, outsourcing and organisation change. He holds a 1st class honours degree in MSc. Strategic Management and is a leader in Irish industry in service management best practice. He is a founding officer, past chairman and honorary member for Ireland’s itSMF (IT Service Management Forum) Chapter in Ireland promoting service management as a strategic industry best practice.
