Services Director
Chris has over thirty-five years' experience in the ICT industry, both in Ireland and in the UK. He is responsible for all the Maintenance, Warranty, Managed Services, Helpdesk, Cloud services and Talent Acquisition services at PFH. He previously worked as an ICT Engineer in a project and service capacity and now has ultimate responsibility for all service operations for over 1,400 customers. Recently Chris project-managed the largest IT rollout and upgrade process in Ireland, managing over 37,000 devices and over seventy engineers on the project in a nationwide project servicing over 2,000 separate locations. Chris holds a Masters in Management and Marketing from UCC, an Honours degree in HR, an Engineering degree and an ITIL accreditation amongst other industry accreditations..
