L2 IT Field Service Engineer

PFH Technology Group is seeking an L2 Field Service Engineer to join our collaborative working team.

Permanent Role
Van provided - full drivers licence required
Based: Primarily Cork with some travel to surrounding counties required

Duties Include:
· Providing L2 Support onsite to our clients
· Meeting our SLA's by resolving Ticketing and Service requests
· Working closely with the client's IT Team on-site
· Take personal responsibility for ensuring an excellent relationship with the client
· IT problem solving and communicating with non-technical clients
· Work on call as part of a team Rota

Some Desired Technical Experience:

• Windows Server (All OS) essential
• Desktop / Laptop hardware skills
• Service hardware technologies
• Microsoft Hyper-V
• Excellent knowledge of Office 365
• Microsoft Apps (Teams, SharePoint, One Drive)
• Active Directory User, Group and Permission Management
• TCP/IP, DNS, Firewalls (SonicWALL), VPNs
• Familiar with backup software and solutions (Veeam, Arc Serve, Commvault,Backup Exec)
• Previous experience providing Remote and/or Deskside client support.
• Windows 7 & Windows 10 troubleshooting and support in a business environment.
