Investors in Diversity standard
We place a diversity and inclusion lens on all of our ‘people practices’. PFH Technology Group has been recognised for its continued efforts in this area with an upgrading of its previous bronze award to an “Investors in Diversity Silver Standard”. The award from The Irish Centre for Diversity, which offers Ireland’s only Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) mark for Irish businesses measures the sense of fairness and belonging through our employees’ perspective. Supported by IBEC, the EDI Mark, enables PFH to be known as an ‘Investor in Diversity’, providing us with a framework for success.
