PFH Technology Group has been awarded an ‘Investors in Diversity Silver' mark from the Irish Centre for Diversity in recognition of its significant commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
PFH has been recognised for its continued efforts in this area with an upgrading of its previous bronze award to an “Investors in Diversity Silver Standard”. The award from The Irish Centre for Diversity, which offers Ireland’s only Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) mark for Irish businesses measures the sense of fairness and belonging through our employees’ perspective.
Supported by IBEC, the EDI Mark, enables PFH to be known as an ‘Investor in Diversity’, providing us with a framework for success. It places a positive diversity and inclusion lens on all of the organisation’s ‘people practices’.
