Pre-Sales Consultant

PFH Technology Group are looking to hire an ITSM Services Architect/Pre-Sales Consultant

Location: Dublin/Cork

You will help drive our growing Managed Services portfolio and markets. This is an opportunity to join a successful, growing organisation and team with a very strong managed services reputation in the Irish Market. You will be at the heart of driving our managed services client acquisition, service/client onboarding and overall our services portfolio strategic direction. You will be working as an overlay to the current Sales team, assisting with selling our entire portfolio of managed services across end user and managed ICT services. You should be experienced in leading the design and deployment of complex ICT managed and support services, most likely with a background directly in pre-sales or service delivery management. You may not satisfy all the criteria below but you have a passion for customer service excellence and the business acumen for assisting Sales in Managed Services business development. You will also be a member of the operations leadership team, identifying industry trends and leading our overall long-term technical strategic direction.

Responsibilities

• Sales support for outsourced Managed Services' business development.
• Identify and assist Sales with business development of existing and new accounts.
• Assist sales with prospect client meetings and presentations.
• Service scoping, design and cost modelling.
• Tender response writing.
• Pre-sales collateral development.
• New service/client on-boarding
• Assist with services portfolio development.
• Contribute to service delivery management leadership and direction.

Relevant Experience

• You are passionate for service excellence
• 5+ years' experience in service delivery management and/or business development for outsourced managed solutions.
• Proven experience at service delivery management level.
• Ideally you have direct experience in tender writing and services cost modelling.
• Ability to incorporate customer perspective, drivers, product/service relevancy to deliver persuasive client presentations.
• Proven knowledge of IT service management best practice.
• A clear and demonstrable understanding of IT services at a commercial, operational and strategic level.
• Excellent communication and relationship management
• Demonstrate the ability to be flexible/adaptable and tolerant in a changing working environment whilst maintaining effectiveness and efficiencies
• Demonstrative self-motivation and able to take responsibility
