PFH Technology Group are seeking a Talent Acquisition Business Partner - IT Technical
Permanent position
Remote at Present - Will be Hybrid in Cork Office
Due to our continued expansion, we are looking for a strong Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join our internal hiring team and manage our full-cycle recruiting processes. Internal Recruiter responsibilities include identifying current and future hiring needs, advertising job openings online, stakeholder management and employer branding.


Responsibilities

  • Full end to end hiring for large volume of IT positions across permanent and contract hires.
  • Identifying, attracting, and assist in the on-boarding of top talent to efficiently and effectively meet dynamic business needs.
  • Responsible for sourcing candidates, through various channels using our Applicant Tracking System, Online Souring and referrals. Pre-screen candidates, scheduling and conducting interviews and selecting high quality candidates.
  • Guide and Support Hiring Managers in the recruitment process.
  • Manage fluid hiring timelines and volumes.
  • Develop relationships with all relevant hiring managers and identify current needs and any potential future needs across all business units.
  • Ensure superior candidate experience in a very busy work environment.
  • Create and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Focus on continuous improvement and make suggestions to improve the talent acquisition process, policies and strategy.
  • Provide timely reporting of key metrics.

Relevant Experience

  • A minimum of 3+ years of Recruitment experience within recruitment agency or in-house
  • Excellent Stakeholder Management and adaptability
  • Proven experience of hiring all levels of candidates across IT Infrastructure
  • Experience in hiring Software Engineering, Software Development & Architecture is an added advantage

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, IT or Business
  • Proven Experience in a Recruitment Agency or In-House position
  • No visa sponsorship available for this position
